Abstract
In this article we will deal with the subject of teleworking, not as a new phenomenon but as a conjunctural process that was spread with the COVID-19. We will analyse its historical review up to now. As well as, the different circumstances of its application in the judiciary of the province of Buenos Aires. Distinguishing the importance of the strategic planning in the organizational system, and the influence of neurosciences in the operators, where emotions rebuilt their working scenery.
