Abstract

GeJuSa deals with the situation of the human resources in the Judiciary and introduces a plan to improve the development in the management of human behavior. The justice sector is characterized for being immersed in a reality which is constantly changing. In addition to this, there is the digital breakthrough which has affected the work dynamics and has produced new ways of interacting with the system as well as with peers. This proposal takes the challenge of providing an answer to these issues and those which may arise as a result from the permanent dialogue with the people in each area of the judiciary by means of training them in the development of interpersonal skills and providing them with tools which will empower the most important resource in any organization: its people.
