Abstract
In the present work we talk about multi-door process, thinking that the conflict that arises in the jurisdiction demands a process open to different efforts, and that invites us to appropriate legal tools but also non-legal ones.
We approach the issue from a transformative approach to conflict management, understanding that the jurisdiction must accompany and provide the community with creative solutions that, in addition to resolving the controversy, improve, restore, and balance social peace. We open the different doors of this civil process that is carried out in the Civil and Commercial Court No. 1 of La Plata in charge of Dr. María Cecilia Valeros de Corica. Ideas will be shared from a practical and organizational approach.
