The expert evidence and creative process: The Husserlian method

Abstract

The present work will demonstrate that a literary work of art can never plagiarize or defraud another literary work of art,
even in the extreme case of total transcription. For these purposes, the “Katchadjian, Pablo s/ Procesamiento” files will be taken as a sample, especially what is ruled by the experts, and the presentations of various academics that appear in the case. Next, the moment of creation of a unit of perception will be presented as the final ideation of a multiplicity of original acts of perception.
