The application of plain language in the world of law: A challenge in today's times

Abstract

Undoubtedly, the use of clear legal language has gone from being a trend to becoming a necessity in order to understand
lawsuits, judgments and even laws on the part of those not versed in law. The main purpose of the article is to communicate the importance of writing rulings and judgments in clear language, without abandoning the technical rigor that legal language must maintain. Some specific recommendations are presented in order to achieve the use of clear language.
