Abstract
Based on descriptive observations about vulnerability, without aiming to arrive at a definitive point on such a broad, complex, and even fluid topic –referring to Zygmunt Bauman’s concept– this work seeks to develop a prelude to understanding the challenges and contributions that the dimension of vulnerability has in law in general and in the administration of justice; particularly, in what we call administrative contentious justice, especially at the federal level.
