Abstract

The present work by the author was previously published in Chapter 10 of the book Reinserción y prisión, by Ricardo M. Mata and Martín (dir.), together with Tomás Montero Hernanz (coord.), in the 2021 edition of Librería Bosch S. L. It analyzes the problem of social reintegration of those sentenced to imprisonment from a Brazilian law perspective
