Abstract

In this study, we will conduct a historical review of the accusatory system in Latin America and our country. In this regard, we will carry out a federal comparative analysis of the law at the provincial level, focusing on cases where the defendants are children, adolescents, and juveniles, with special attention to the guarantees that protect them.
