The Crypto Assets in the Patrimony of the People and their Transmission in the Succession Process

Abstract

This article addresses the legal problems that arise in the province of Buenos Aires when the death of a person whose
assets are composed of cryptoassets. To this end, after an explanatory introduction, it is analyzed how they have begun to integrate the assets of people, to finally examine the issue of their transfer in the face of the death of the owner of these assets in accordance with the current legal framework existing at the national level and their situation in comparative law.
