Abstract
There are certain spots in the structure of the judicial power that tend to be reluctant to modify their own functional
dynamics. In that perspective, although it is not a worldwide reality, some tools towards change are proposed in this article. I do not misbelief of the high institutional plans, but many of them are difficult to conduct. Facing this reality, some micro transformations are presented in this paper, in order to generate bigger changes among the organizations, the patterns of work, and the ways of perceptions of the daily tasks conducted.
