Abstract
In this article we will address the political and legal framework of intercultural health care for indigenous women in Argentina, and in particular in the province of Neuquén. The objective is to carry out a systematic review of the regulatory legal framework produced in the different Health Programs that promote health care with an intercultural approach, specifically focused on Mapuce women from Neuquén. To do this, we will critically analyze these regulatory frameworks, taking into account the specific application of Intercultural Programs in the health field, aimed at indigenous women. Finally, we will focus on the contradiction that occurs when, on the one hand, an intercultural health approach is defended from the political-discursive and legal frameworks, and on the other, a biomedical health model is applied, with patriarchal overtones.
