Abstract

The work seeks to uncover the discrimination suffered by retired men and women in the Province of Buenos Aires, who are
deprived for that sole circumstance of receiving other remuneration or income from a dependency relationship, whether of a public nature or private, being much more evident in the case of the jubilee teachers.
For this purpose, we have analyzed the de facto provisional norm as some women have been designing in their work for the Provincial and Municipal State in the light of the new normative plexus passed by the constitutional reform law of 1994, demonstrating its contradiction and the blockade of agreement on sovereignty, concluding with the need to modify the article of the provisional law to make the affection of the rights that suffers the workers and workers jubilees.
