Abstract

This work was done with the aim of describing and makes an approach of some central facts which were observed in the present circuit of approaching child sexual abuse where interventions of organisms related to the justice and executive power join. From the police and justice circuit of complaints processing, investigations of the cases and victim protection up to the procedures of childhood and adolescence organisms and the view of mental health areas where it is observed that it is solved in such a way that discrepancies are generated with the results obtained from the physic pedagogical clinic. Thus, it is emphasized the description of a method of work linked to the analysis/treatment of trauma and post-trauma of young girls, boys and adolescents who are victims of this crime from an interdisciplinary approach in which good results are observed.
