Abstract
The proposal of this work is to analyse the new legal paradigm in the face of the disruptive advance of artificial intelligence and its impact on all social sectors of this century, especially in the workplace. We have been going through the so–called fourth industrial revolution for some years now, where the world has been immersed in the massification of technologies that will radically transform human activities, bringing with it great benefits, but also resistance and concerns fundamentally around employment. The law is no stranger to this issue, because due to its dynamic nature, it is called today to regulate these new digital scenarios that with the technological evolution begin to arise.
