Abstract

The aim is to demonstrate how, with the regulations currently in force, the so-called “lawfare” or war of laws can be combated. This provided that there is judicial diligence and a strategic reorganization of the processes with the use of computerized means in use today. The war of laws is an instrument that globalization has decided to use through the judiciary to persecute popular leaders, avoiding other more bloody interventions. For this, the proposal of judicial protocols orders, decides and simplifies the judicial decision. In turn dogmatism and arbitrariness are avoided, which in general have the appearance of
good law but are not supported by the file of the case. Due to its thoroughness, this system avoids this global tool that conspires against due process and the rule of law in the 21st century
