The work of persons deprived of their liberty in the Argentine Republic.: Its evolution from Indian law to the present

Abstract

I intend to analyse the working conditions of persons deprived of their liberty in prison confinement context and its evolution
since the implementation of Indian law to the present day, according to the standards and paradigms prevailing at different times, and finally I would also intend to expose, how, from the resolutions adopted by the different courts of law, the effective recognition of the constitutional and conventional rights existing on the subject is produced.
