Present and past of nuisance noises in Argentina

Abstract

The present doctrinal work, the result of an arduous investigation, deals with a problem that many inhabitants of our
country suffer, but for which there is little treatment in its regard. It evaluates, the way in which a noise nuisance complaint should be prosecuted, when appropriate, applicable regulations and which is the magistrate that should intervene according to the updated jurisprudence on the matter.
