Political trial in the province of Buenos Aires

Abstract

The present work carries out a study of the cases of impeachment contemplated in the provincial Constitution in its article 73 subsection 2°, and precedents dealt with by the Chamber of Deputies and cases that came to be tried by the Senate of Buenos
Aires. The story arises on the occasion of the approval by one of the commissions assigned by the Chamber of Deputies of the impeachment request against the attorney general of the Supreme Court of the province of Buenos Aires.
