Through the present work, it is attempted to briefly describe the outgoing features of the adversary model, valid in
Buenos Aires Province since the criminal procesal code enter in vigence according law 11.922 and approach some of the difficulties that the defence bumps into throughout the criminal process, that implies an inequality of arms that threatens the contradictory due, the adversarial process comerstone.
