Artificial Intelligence and Bias

Abstract

In this article we focus on how Artificial Intelligence (AI) works and its application in the judiciary system. This article provides a brief over view of how The Judiciary Branch is collapsed, and how to achieve Artificial Intelligence to collaborate in improving the access of Justice. A debate about biases in IA, how they affect the way it works; how to identify biases, how to address and remedy them in order to prevent them from being transferred to judicial resolutions.
