Abstract
In this work I will develop two of the institutes for the termination of the employment contract for reasons beyond the
control of the parties. Being them Death of the Worker, which is described in article 248 of the Law of Employment Contract and
Death of the employer that is legislated by article 249 of the same legal body. As these institutes are protected in the jurisprudence dictated by the Supreme Court of Justice of the Province of Buenos Aires, by the Supreme Court of the Nation and in comparative law.
